our 2nd Annual Somatic Human Design Retreat

This retreat is for

adults

of all Human Design types

all sexes/genders

and all somatic and/or Human Design experience levels.

A Somatic Human Design container to practice the deepest + most correct inter-type interactions.

This is an all-types retreat curated and executed by an all-types team.

An opportunity to unlearn the 7-centered life and practice somatically expanding into the 9-centered experience.

This is a container curated to support you in that.

The best of both worlds: expansiveness of nature + modern facilities. Human Design informed use of space, including lodging by type/authority and nutrient-oriented PHS meals.

Themed days that balance pre-planned activities with spaciousness for further experiences (based on what becomes alive for us), unstructured togetherness, and integration.

This retreat is designed to provide a range of meticulously crafted experiences that invite you to indulge in satisfaction, nurture your well-being, and unravel your burnout patterns.

This is an opportunity to practice discerning your sacral response, differentiating the subtleties of the sacral response from emotions and sensations, and removing your mind from the sacral process.

Surround yourself with individuals who respect your sacral response and understand that it's not personal, allowing you to honor yourself in a safe space.

Usually the majority, here Generators are the minority—giving you a rare chance to break free from collective productivity conditioning and surrender to the wisdom of the other 3 types. Embrace ease, collaboration, and flow by putting down your burdens and rediscovering balance and clarity in a practice ground for satisfaction.
