What is SomaSync?
We are a grassroots Somatic Human Design community.

We began as 3 Manifestor women who met at a Manifestor Women retreat.
​
And we have grown into a small + mighty team of all-types,
ushering in a new way of experiencing Human Design together.
​
Soma-sync is about somatic and interactive experiences that sync our body/soma up with our chart, so we get to live more as the embodiment of our Design.
And the ways our bodies/Designs sync up with each other to create community.

We are cultivating community through gathering in person for potent Somatic Human Design retreats.
Our retreats are an opportunity to
(1) experiment with deeper embodiment of your Human Design
and (2) to connect with others in a community where everyone flourishes.
